What you'll do
Learn how to make handmade Cavatelli, one of the most traditional pastas originating from the southern region of Italy. No pasta machine required!
The best part is, you do not need specialty kitchen equipment or expertise. We'll show you how to cook like a true Italian!
We provide all the necessary ingredients. Each kit serves 2-4 people. All ingredients are imported from Italy and hand-selected to produce the tastiest dishes.
Pasta and Poetry Reading - the perfect event to celebrate Women's History Month!
Join us for a unique collaborative experience hosted by Evento and WriteGirl (see their amazing mission statement below). Participants will learn to make traditional Italian pasta from scratch with one of Evento's energetic and knowledgeable female chefs, Giulia or Sara, and they'll be treated to a poetry or short piece reading from a WriteGirl alum. They'll also hear from WriteGirl as to how they are working to empower young women around the country! Additionally, a percentage of the class proceeds will be donated to WriteGirl.

Delivery information
Pasta kits can ship to anywhere in the US. Shipping to the lower 48 US states is included. There is an additional shipping cost per kit for Alaska and Hawaii ($25/kit).
For options with alcohol:
We can ship wine to adults 21+ in the US, except for guests residing in the following states and territories (Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, select Native American Reservations). Guests in these areas (and those who prefer a non-alcoholic alternative) can receive authentic Italian soda instead.
Guests outside of the US can join as class-only for $55/person and receive a supply list.

Cancellation Policy
Grace period: free cancellation within 24 hours of booking deposit or confirmation (Unless booked within 24 hours of the event start time). After that, cancel at least 7 days prior to the event to receive a full refund (minus service fee).
