Create a perfect Buddha Bowl with chef A'Donna who will teach your team a variety of ways to cook the grains, proteins and vegetables. Max out your delicious bowl by topping it with a regionally-inspired sauce.
Kits and recipe can be modified accordingly for severe allergies or dietary restrictions, including: Dairy-free, Gluten-free, Vegan diet (no animal products, honey, gelatin), Vegetarian diet (no meat), Diabetes, as well as for most common allergies (Nuts, eggs, fish/shellfish, soy).

Open your kit on arrival. Freeze tofu. Refrigerate your ingredient kit.
Thaw and drain tofu before class. Have your ingredients and supplies at hand. If not receiving a kit, bring the ingredients from the provided shopping list.

Chef A'Donna was AMAZING!!!! From start to finish she was engaging, making sure all the participants were included in conversation, checking in on their progress, offering help if needed, etc. Her personality was electric and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Also – the three camera angles were brilliant.
So friendly, flexible and funny!! A'Donna went above and beyond just following the recipe. Whether someone was a total beginner or experienced cook, she provided encouragement and support to all throughout the workshop.
