I usualIy teach Yoga and Meditation at Google exclusively, but now you can find my offerings here on Offsyte as well. I specialize in corporate Yoga and helping you feel more spacious and comfortable in your body through light stretching and movement. I also teach yogic techniques to help you relax and ground which in turn will help you feel more balanced, at peace and more receptive to your team members.
A standard session is about 10 minutes of meditation and breath-work and 30 minutes of movement. But we can tailor this to fit your needs.

Cancellation Policy
Grace period: free cancellation within 24 hours of booking deposit or confirmation but no later than 24 hours prior to the event start time. After that, cancel at least 7 days prior to the event to receive full refund (minus booking fee).
