Create your own land in a jar in this Terrarium Experience!
Let's work as creatively as possible in a limited space. What makes our experience different is that we consider a terrarium as a botanical experiment and a philosophical discussion topic. In this exciting experiment, we will set up a self-sustainable sealed terrarium. Our experiment will have 3 parts: history of terrarium, science and craft!
We will discuss what makes systems self-sustainable. We will talk about the carbon, oxygen, and water cycle, which are each very important, scientifically, for life. Freely make your own living creation from the provided materials.
Every terrarium has a different life path. Following our scientific plan, you will combine the right elements to create a unique, isolated, and sustainable terrarium. The right combination can live for a long time.
Anyone with a curiosity about plants will appreciate this fascinating, deep dive into how to make terrariums.

For guests who will be joining remotely:
You’ll receive a terrarium kit with what you'll need. Shipping for remote guests in the US is $14, and it should arrive within 3-4 business days.
International shipping is also available for additional fees.
How to join
This is an in-person event. A link will be provided in your confirmation email with details on where to go & all your event details. Your host can also travel to your location and set everything up.
Location
Open to travel within 100 miles radius for $50~$250 extra per event.

I can't really put into words how much I enjoyed the experience! Our host walked our group through the process with abundance of details, replying to every questions we had and being extra-careful we enjoyed the experience! It was an incredible learning experience, and the terrarium we got to bring home is just majestic! I keep looking at it! Great team building activity!

A lovely and knowledgeable host who went above and beyond to accommodate our large group at the location of our choosing. He and his team were engaging in explaining the science as well as dropping entertaining jokes here and there. There was also a Kahoots game to review our knowledge, decorative add-ons for us to select (seashells, glass, beautiful river stones, netted hangers, etc.), and even the opportunity to build multiple terrariums - the Wardian ones were especially cute.
Clearly, a great deal of thought and preparation was put into this experience and I wholeheartedly recommend this to any individuals looking to get creative, work with their hands, and design with nature. We chose do this as a corporate team-building event and are very glad that we did.

My team and I booked this only a day before for our team offsite. Despite the last minute booking, they made this time a delight from beginning to end!
Our team loved learning all the things our host had to teach us, and we left having connected with each other and the earth. The park location was wonderful and peaceful and a great break from our work.
We are happy to have left with an enduring piece of our time together -- out wonderful terrariums! This was something we could all appreciate and marvel at. We're all picking the best spots in our homes for these wonderful terrariums and hope to have them for a long time.

Cancellation Policy
Grace period: free cancellation within 24 hours of booking deposit or confirmation (Unless booked within 24 hours of the event start time). After that, cancel at least 7 days prior to the event to receive a full refund (minus service fee).
