What you'll do
Let’s meet and create beautifully wrapped gifts or bags in NYC with our Furoshiki workshop with kits delivered to your venue.
The fundamentals of this class will focus on reducing your carbon food print while teaching you how to get crafty by using simple reusable fabrics for fun DIY projects!
In our Furoshiki wrapping class you will learn how to make three wrapping techniques:
- Basic Wrap (Otsukai Tsutsumi)
- 4-Way Wrap (Yotsu Musubi)
- Bottle Wrap (Bin Tsutsumi)
In our Furoshiki Bag class you will learn how to create your very own bag using just fabric and ring handles. These bags can be made for any everyday purpose of varying sizes for a true customized experience.

How to join
This is an in-person event at your location. Your host will travel to your location and set everything up.
Location
We will travel to your location (e.g. your office). Travel is included within Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Outside of Manhattan and Brooklyn will be subject to an additional fee of $150-$400 depending on location.
What to bring

- Square Fabrics
- Ribbons
- Scissors
Optional:
- Medium-sized Book (8x6 inches)
- Bottle (the size of a wine bottle)

All of our hosts are fully vaccinated. We clean between each event following CDC guidelines.

Grace period: free cancellation within 24 hours of booking deposit or confirmation (Unless booked within 24 hours of the event start time). After that, cancel at least 7 days prior to the event to receive a full refund (minus service fee).
