Virtual Team Offsite

Happy Hour Cocktail & Dish

Overview

This 90-minute experience is perfect for happy hour or light bite! We will start with a 15-minute introductory team-building exercise. Recipes are accessible for all cooking levels. I’ll provide a simple and flexible ingredient list ahead of time, and I’m happy to accommodate any dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc).

As a group, you can choose from three menus:

1) Mint mojitos & Moroccan loaded flatbread
Make Ras El Hanout — the classic Moroccan spice blend— and prepare my signature flatbread with crispy chickpeas, sauteed onions, yogurt sauce and veggies. And make your own mint simple syrup for my go-to Mojito recipe.

2) Chai rum cocktail + Thai lemongrass meatballs
My Thai-inspired meatballs—a flavorful and fusion twist on meatballs. You'll have a choice based on your dietary needs—beef, turkey and vegetarian. And make your own chai simple syrup for a delicious cocktail pairing.

3) Apple cider margarita & Cajun sweet potato fritters
Crispy sweet potato fritters with my Cajun spice blend and your choice of add-ins — jalapenos, red peppers and fresh herbs. And, enjoy with an apple cider margarita.

I create a highly engaging experience via Zoom, and handle all the logistics for you.
- Multiple camera angles so participants can see me as well as close-up of cooking steps
- Tech assistant who supports a good online experience for participants
- Visual slides to help make steps clear and easy to follow

Since we weren't able to do anything in person this year, Chef Traci created a fun, holiday virtual team building event for our global team. Traci definitely has a passion for cooking... she is very engaging and taught each step well along the way. Her recipes were delicious! Traci was very responsive and made the planning easy. I would definitely book another event with her and can't wait to do so!

I booked a virtual cooking class with Chef Traci as a team activity for my office and it was a hit! Delicious recipes, easy to follow instructions, and fun way to get folks together during the pandemic. Everyone had a great time, thank you Traci!

3rd experience with chef Traci. Each has been a delight and memorable experience. Price is right for private zoom class. Highly recommended.

The class was fun and easy to follow. In these crazy times of isolation, I felt like I was invited to a fun party where we cooked together and laughed.

It’s clear that Traci is a pro. The class was so much fun! Traci has great energy, and the pacing was great. She handled questions really well and with great tips. I was impressed by how she adapted to the different cooking levels of everyone. Can’t wait to do another virtual session with Chef Traci.
