Class starts with 25 minutes of strength building, body toning, and HIIT workouts, then flows to 20 minutes of yoga and meditation! It focuses on pranayama and linking each movement to your breath.

Great for beginners and experts who want to better their form and performance. Class will cover HIIT and Tabata workouts with intervals that will torch calories from your body and fire up your core!

Explore how and why we use specific yoga poses to challenge ourselves physically and mentally in order to gain a sense of ’what works for me’. Class includes a flow-style, pranayama focus with shavasana and meditation at the end.

If it’s a workout class, bring shoes. We’ll have a waiver for everyone to sign electronically prior to the class.
