In-Person Elixir Happy Hour

Whether you're sober or just want to try something new, this booze-free happy hour is perfect for expanding your social drink repertoire.

Broaden your definition of what a social drink can be. Taste delicious foods and herbs that will enliven your taste buds and your mood.

Participants will make and enjoy 2 elixirs:
- Uplift Elixir with 100% cacao, maca, moringa, and coconut sugar.
- Unwind Elixir with kava, ashwaganda, and golden milk spices.

All ingredients are gluten-free and vegan. I can also accommodate dairy-free and nut-free diets.

Hands-on herbal tea blending activity: participants will also make their own small jar of herbal tea to take home and enjoy.

Your host, Lila, is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and she will walk you through her top elixir-making techniques and cover the benefits and uses of all ingredients.

This is an in-person event. A link will be provided in your confirmation email with details on where to go & all your event details. Your host can also travel to your location and set everything up.

All supplies will be provided. If the event is hosted at your location, guests should each bring two mugs.

Your host is vaccinated and vaccination is required by all attendees. Masks are recommended, but not required.
