In-studio group fitness or yoga classes for you and your employees! Select from 5 different classes ranging from Fit HIIT, Fit Strength, Rowing, Fit Flow, or Yoga.
Each class will push you through all major movements of the body to help you move better, get stronger and torch calories efficiently. Have fun and get fit with our top-rated group training programs. We design these classes to be safe and accessible for the office.
We can host your team at our location, or we can also bring all these classes to your office within San Francisco (except for Rowing). If you choose HIIT or Fit Flow to be held at your location, we would modify the class to use bodyweight workouts, unless you have weights onsite. If you choose to host Yoga at your location, we can bring up to 15 mats. Guests can also provide their own mats.
Choose from these classes:
Fit HIIT - Great for beginners and/or experts who want to better their form and performance, Fit HIIT will have you sweating in no time! Class will cover HIIT and Tabata workouts with intervals that will torch calories from your body and fire up your core.
Fit Strength - This 45-minute class is designed to help strengthen all your lifts, build lean and toned muscles, and help with your form while working out. Your instructor will guide you through various lifts that focus on pushing, pulling, squatting and deadlifting so that you develop a strong foundation and learn to truly workout.
Rowing - This class will push you in terms of your strength and conditioning abilities. Includes strength building movements with kettlebells, dumbbells and bodyweight, plus intense conditioning circuits on our row machines to challenge and improve your cardio health and performance! Expect three different stations - weights, slam balls, and row machines.
Fit Flow - Fit Flow combines the best of two worlds: HIIT and YOGA.
Class starts with 25 minutes of strength building, body toning and challenging HIIT workouts, then flows to 20 minutes of yoga and mobility flows. Class will leave you feeling worked out and namaste-d at the same time. Come prepared to sweat, workout hard, and shavasana with the best of them. Workout shoes are a must!
Yoga - Yoga Flow is the perfect way to feel balanced and revived. Explore how and why we use specific yoga poses to challenge ourselves physically and mentally in order to gain a sense of 'what works for me.' Class includes a flow-style, pranayama focus (breath control) with shavasana and meditation at the end. It is the perfect way to start or finish your day! Class is accessible for all levels. The yoga room in our location is not heated.

This is an in-person event. A link will be provided in your confirmation email with details on where to go & all your event details. Your host can also travel to your location and set everything up.
Guests can join us at our studio in San Francisco, or we can travel to your location. No fee for travel within San Francisco. Open to travel within a 30-mile radius for an additional $200 travel fee.
Wear comfortable workout or yoga clothes, and wear workout shoes for any classes other than yoga (especially when using weights).
At our location, we will provide mats, a shower, and all other equipment.
For classes at your location, we will bring everything needed.
For yoga classes at your location, guests can bring their own mats, and we can bring up to 15 mats.
Each guest will be required to create an account and sign a liability waiver in order to participate.
