What you'll do
Looking for the perfect dish to make with your team? Look no further! Legend has it that the longer the noodle, the longer your life - so be sure not to cut your noodles short! This classic stir-fried noodle dish is made with soy sauce and oyster sauce, giving it the perfect umami flavor.
Knowledgeable and entertaining: With years of experience in fine dining and Michelin-star restaurants, rest assured you’re in good hands with this team of chefs who love sharing their tips and tricks, who will be very patient with your group, and keep a light and fun atmosphere!
We will ship everyone the essential class ingredients before the class (see Delivery section for details). It includes 2 servings each. If anyone in your group has severe allergies or is vegetarian, they can just let us know when registering, we'd be happy to adjust the menu accordingly for them.

Each participant will receive an Ingredient Kit (makes 2 servings) prior to the event. Our team (2 Chefs) will walk you through step-by-step during your live private class. No advanced pre-work or preparation needed.

Delivery information
We ship within the US, to all 50 states, via UPS 2nd Day Air. Delivery to the lower 48 states (mainland US) is included. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii costs an additional $20/kit.
Kits can be sent to Canada for an additional $35/kit. International guests outside the US and Canada can join as class-only for $45/person, and will receive an ingredient list.
Addresses received less than ten days before the event will require additional rush processing and/or expedited shipping, at $35-60 per kit.

I was really impressed by the production quality of this live class! The camera angles showing the table were super helpful - it felt like I was following along a live, personalized YouTube video. The instructors were also very warm and energetic (despite our quieter group) and the noodles were delicious! My only complaints were about the mushrooms: They could have given more in the kit (considering how much noodles we had), and the instructions should include a note about making sure they're submerged while soaking beforehand. Many of us ended up with hard mushrooms in the dish.

Cancellation Policy
Grace period: free cancellation within 24 hours of booking deposit or confirmation (Unless booked within 24 hours of the event start time). After that, cancel at least 7 days prior to the event to receive a full refund (minus service fee).
