It was amazing! To stop and breathe deeply and actually see how that changes a person's perception of the moment - from being stressed to being relaxed! Such a simple thing and so easily forgotten to do just that one thing to relax and de-stress! Thank you for the reminder!




So glad the company set this up for health & wellness week. It's hard to stay committed to mindfulness so it's nice to be guided through a meditation that is easily applicable to my everyday routine.




This workshop was amazing. I felt like I was able to accomplish a lot within the 30 minutes and did not feel rushed. The instructor gave great examples to jumpstart my thinking process and gave a safe space to share.
