1 in 5 adults currently suffer from a mental health issue, and many more are managing stress, burnout, and exhaustion. Many people suffer alone, but we don’t have to.

In this one-hour session, you’ll learn about:
- the most common mental health problems
- what influences our mental health
- how to be there for others who are struggling
- how to boost your own mental health and wellbeing

About your facilitator:
Katy is a social psychologist and business consultant specializing in mental health and emotional intelligence in the workplace. Katy has worked as a consultant and corporate educator for over a decade. She loves to make psychology fun and applicable in the work world. She is the author of 'The Psychology of Silicon Valley,' founder of the Centre for Technology Awareness, and holds a PhD and two MAs.
