Mindfulness with Mandala + Premium Kit

The art of relaxation by creating Mandala (Alpana in Hindi) not just relieves stress, it is also creative and fun. The simple act of creating dots not just helps us soothe our minds, but heals our inner chakra (energy).

We will provide step-by-step instructions for creating your own mandala. If you choose the All-included package, we'll send all the supplies needed to each guest.

This is an AAPI-owned small business. Your host, Komal, is a Chicago-based artist known for impressionistic and vibrant art that revives the soul.

All-included art kit includes:
- 12 pots of acrylic paint
- A white pencil for stencil transfer
- Stencils
- 8 acrylic rods in different diameters
- 5 double-sided dotting tools in different diameters
- 6 paintbrushes
- A paint tray

For the Mandala - Dotting Kit (BYO Paint)
- Guests will receive the dotting kit above, but supply their own paint.

We can ship anywhere in the US. The listing price includes tax and shipping within the lower 48 states (mainland US). Hawaii and Alaska will be an additional $15-$25 per kit.

International guests can join as Class Only and bring their own supplies.

- Paper towels & a water cup to wash your brushes.

If doing the Mandala - Dotting Kit (BYO Paint) option, guests should bring their own paint.

If doing Class Only and not receiving a kit, guests will also need the following supplies:
- Surface to paint on (Cardboard, painting paper, or round rock)
- Acrylic paint (set of 12)
- Basic Mandala Stencil
- A pencil
- Acrylic rods and dotting tools of different sizes
- Paintbrushes (small round and medium flat)
