Armed with the full flavor of Moroccan-inspired spices, be impressed how you managed to make an almond-parsley turmeric rice alongside your perfectly charred duck leg!

Don't expect to be on mute on this video call though, our chef team aren't just professionals in the kitchen, they're entertaining and conversation starters too! By interacting with and talking to your group, everyone gets to know more about their teammates and stays engaged while cooking.

With front, overhead, and macro close-up angles using professional HD camera equipment and Picture-in-Picture showing multiple angles at once, your event participants get to learn and cook along every step of the way in crisp detail.

All the necessary ingredients will be shipped to each participant during the week of the event. Each kit includes enough for 2 adults and can be modified accordingly for severe allergies or dietary restrictions. For the veg option, the duck is substituted with trumpet/maitake mushrooms.

We've partnered with our friends at Sanzo, the 1st Asian-inspired sparkling water. Sanzo uses real fruit + no added sugar! Kit makes two (2) servings of Duck Leg Confit & includes two (2) cans of MANGO Sanzo.

We ship within the US, to all 50 states, via UPS 2nd Day Air. Delivery to the lower 48 states (mainland US) is included. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii costs an additional $20/kit.

Kits can be sent to Canada for an additional $35/kit. International guests outside the US and Canada can join as class-only for $30/person, and will receive an ingredient list.

Addresses received less than ten days before the event will require additional rush processing and/or expedited shipping, at $35-60 per kit.

Refrigerate kit ingredients as soon as they arrive.

A Zoom link is provided by default in your confirmation email, but you can use other video conferencing software if you prefer.

What to bring

- Knife
- Cutting board
- Rubber spatula
- Mixing bowl
- Small/Medium Pot (to cook rice)
- Oven-safe pan (e.g. stainless steel skillet, cast-iron pan) is preferred, otherwise a metal baking tray or a rectangular glass pyrex works (to broil the duck leg)

- Salt
- Cooking Oil (e.g. grapeseed, EVOO, rice bran, canola)

Cancellation Policy


Grace period: free cancellation within 24 hours of booking deposit or confirmation but no later than 24 hours prior to the event start time. After that, cancel at least 7 days prior to the event to receive full refund (minus booking fee).
