Personality Typing: A Collaboration Workshop

Start the year by laying the foundations for effective teamwork. Get to know yourself and your colleagues more deeply through personality typing. Give your team the gift of enhanced understanding, compassion, and bonding to set the tone for this fresh new year ahead.

Myers-Briggs originally developed personality tests to improve self-awareness. In this workshop, we will conduct a personality type test for all the participants. We will review the different dimensions of the test and discuss the participants' results as a group for increased group awareness.

When we become aware of our own and our team members' strengths, values, and communication preferences, we can confidently develop our strong suit and approach our colleagues in ways that resonate with them for more effective communication.

This workshop provides:
- A brief overview of how Personality testing is structured, and it’s different dimensions
- An understanding of your personality type
- An understanding of the personality types of your team members
- Insight into your colleagues’ core values and motivators
- Insight into how they prefer to be approached and their communication styles for smoother communication across the team

This is an in-person event at your location. Your host will travel to your location and set everything up.
