What you'll do

Take a trip around the medicine wheel. This class is a beautiful, integrating practice, designed to help you find calm and wisdom within yourself.

Suitable for any circumstance, this class can be custom-built to a specific event or context (offsites, team building as well as to help a team go through a change, a crisis, a loss, stress, etc.)

Program of the class:
- Introduction to the philosophy & neuroscientific approach: why do we practice Yoga? (15 min)
- Balinese Vinyasa Flow - all levels (60 min)
- Guided Meditation (15 min)

This class is good for all levels, from beginners to regular practitioners.


Self-Care Course

Up to 100 people • 1.5 hr


Learn about yoga philosophy and why we practice, and find calm with a 60-min Balinese Vinyasa Flow, followed by a 15-min guided meditation.
