Self-care is an essential part of well-being and mental health. When we're able to practice self-care regularly, we feel happier, healthier, and more emotionally and psychologically grounded.
In this session, you’ll learn about:
- Different types of external self-care
- Your self-care blueprint
- How to implement self-care activities into your day-to-day life
- Blocks and triggers that limit our capacity for self-care
- Why taking care of our thinking, beliefs, and internal emotional space is just as important as our external self-care routines
