In this 2 1/2 hour class, master new meals to add to your dinner rotation! We will start with a 15-minute introductory team-building exercise. Recipes are accessible for all cooking levels. I’ll provide a simple and flexible ingredient list ahead of time, and I’m happy to accommodate any dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc).
As a group, you can choose from three menus:
1) Enchiladas with classic red sauce with Mexican coleslaw
Learn how to make your own enchiladas at home. You’ll make Mexican spice blend, my go-to enchilada sauce and your choice of chicken or vegetarian filing. Served with a crisp Mexican coleslaw.
2) Moroccan style tagine with apricot glaze & fresh lemon couscous
No tagine needed here. Learn to make my signature Moroccan meal with your choice of chicken or chickpeas & vegetables. Make Ras El Hanout — the classic Moroccan spice blend— prepare the layered flavors in this sweet & savory dish. Served with fresh lemon couscous.
3) Banh Mi sandwiches with quick-pickled vegetables & Sriracha lime aioli
Learn how to make this delicious sandwich which is a fusion of French and Vietnamese cuisines. You’ll make a Banh Mi marinade for either grilled chicken or tofu, and delicious condiments including quick pickled vegetables and Sriracha lime aioli.
I create a highly engaging experience via Zoom, and handle all the logistics for you.

This was by far one of the best online team building events I have ever been to! The environment that Chef Traci creates is fun and carefree while being productive and collaborative. We have people on the team with various dietary restrictions and she was extremely mindful, attentive and accommodating so we could each cook a delicious meal. This event has created an even stronger bond between all of us on our team, being able to work together in a way and in an environment that was unique to us.
