Connection is a key component in reducing stress. We will focus on reducing stress within yourself. The techniques we teach are a gentle form of touch-based self-care with proven results over the last 40 years. These methods provide significant benefits for small groups, teams, and larger organizations.
Participants are guided step-by-step in an easy-to-learn, engaging format where interaction is encouraged. Verbal descriptions and visual demonstrations are used, along with engaging handouts to address different learning styles. Ample time is given for questions and dialogue.
Built into the process are steps to easily self-assess the changes experienced from the beginning of class to the end with measurable outcomes in these areas: mind-focus, mind-chatter, emotional stress and energy level.
The well-known rewards allow for enhanced connection with self, co-workers, within teams, and can even be experienced at home. Bringing balance into your own mind and body enhances personal well-being and happiness, which in turn can positively affect connections in office relationships, working together as a team, and building trust.
The Cost of Stress in the Workplace
Stress in the workplace is costly. Stress causes employees to suffer from health issues, absenteeism, and perform poorly due to severe stress. Many cite workplace stress as a top reason for leaving their jobs. There can be an increase of cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disorders, and impaired immune function. Companies lose millions of dollars from workplace stress.
These trainings can be customized for your employees and your workplace needs.

This class was spectacular and incredible. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. This gives me a piece of peace.
Sandy opened my eyes and heart into viewing "things differently" in our world. Through her, I have learned how to understand my people in a way that I never thought possible. I have more understanding, therefore more patience. It has definitely made me a better person.
