What you'll do

Stress Busters in the Workplace offers an interactive, self-reflective, mindfulness approach. Tools are taught for use in daily life, in work, at home, or any situation.

For optimal learning, participants are encouraged to actively apply the techniques in class. Information is given to understand the ways in which stress effects body, mind, and emotions. I will walk guests through specific techniques they can use during the class to actively reduce mental, emotional, and body stress.

Reducing stress within oneself is the focus. The techniques taught are a gentle form of touch-based self-care with proven results over the last 40 years, along with questions for self-reflection. Sharing is encouraged. The combination of mindfulness, information and gentle, light-touch methods provide significant benefits for individuals, small groups, teams, and larger organizations.

The Steps:
Participants are guided step-by-step in an easy-to-learn, engaging format where interaction is encouraged. Verbal descriptions, questions, self-reflection and visual demonstrations are used. Questions and dialogue are encouraged. A guidebook is offered for additional clarity and support.

The well-known rewards of these methods assist in enhanced connection with self, co-workers, teams, and can even be experienced at home.

Bringing balance into mind and body enhances personal well-being and happiness, which in turn can positively affect office relationships, working together as a team, and building trust.
