Description

Misunderstood and thought to be dangerous and illegal for nearly 100 years, a slow-but-exciting renaissance of herbaceous absinthe has been ongoing since the repeal of the ban in the US in 2007. There is a renewed interest in the traditional method of serving absinthe, and growing respect for this essential ingredient found in so many classic and modern cocktails.

Join Absinthia as she explains the history of absinthe and teaches the art of making perfect absinthe cocktails.

All products are made with natural ingredients and are gluten-free. A mocktail option is also available, using alcohol-free, gluten-free, Fairy Dust syrup.

Absinthia is the CEO & Founder of Absinthia's Bottled Spirits, the only woman-owned absinthe to make Liquor.com's 2021 list of "8 Absinthes to Try Now."

Read what the vendor said

Absinthia was late to our event and had a poor internet connection. She rejoined 10-15 min later and we went straight to mixing. She also had her phone on which rang a few times in the session. It was fun but wish we didn't miss a third of our time and so many interruptions.

Drinks were good though!
