My virtual magic show is an immersive experiential team builder.
How I Fooled Penn and Teller Using Lean and Continuous Improvement: this is the most practical use of LEAN and CI you'll ever see. I teach the basic principles that took a failed magic act to International Champion, Fooling Penn and Teller and on to the World Championships of Magic within 3 years. I show the humble beginning of the act then put it through the paces of problem solving using 8-D and identifying Waste, Building a Team, PFMEA and more. The result is a real world demonstration of using LEAN outside the workplace to show employees the impact of LEAN and CI can have on your life. This process will lead to higher adoption rates and greater return on LEAN at work.
Richard Preston the World's Greatest Magician Frozen in Time: Richard was frozen in 1962 and unthawed today to bring the world back together. What makes this show so fun is Richard is a fish out of a generation long gone but what a pile of fun this show is. The jokes, the mid century modern set, the references are all vintage fun with plenty of interactive fun for your team.
My studio is a professional 3 camera set up with a broadcast switcher. Great lighting and sound to give you the very best user experience.

Stuart’s virtual magic show, “Richard Preston”, is a nutty, tongue-in-cheek, blast-from-the-past that will not only amuse you but will fool you as well.
Stuart delivered an incredibly engaging, meaningful keynote and our attendees cannot stop raving about it. Stuart made this year’s Lean and Six Sigma Conference one of the most memorable in its 20-year history, and I would welcome a chance to collaborate with him again.
