Fun time e-socializing with colleagues and enjoying good food. Guides were extremely knowledgable in the subject matter. Would certainly like to do again.

At this event, your team will be rolling out and cutting udon noodles from scratch. Then, everyone will assemble the udon with the broth, noodles, and toppings.
What makes udon making fun is that it is not just a hands-on experience; but a feet-on experience as well! It requires each participant to stomp on the dough in a zip lock bag (also provided with the kit).
Included in each kit:
(1) Udon flour (contains gluten)
(2) Dashi kombu powder broth (guests can choose fish or veggie-based)
(3) Shoyu (soy sauce) seasonings
(4) Toppings - shiitake mushroom, wakame, bonita flakes, scallion
(5) optionally, sake/tea tasting kit
Note: Udon flour includes gluten, as does our soy-based seasoning, and we do not offer a gluten-free option. Guests who need gluten-free noodles can participate with the regular kit, and substitute their own gluten-free dry noodles and tamari that they purchase from the store.
