What you'll do
In this virtual Vision Board class, Sandy will lead your group in a Celebration of Diversity where Uniqueness is Your Super Power. This is an interactive, engaging and empowering process where participants discover their own unique super powers and create a vision board representing those qualities.
How it works:
The experience begins with being lead through a series of steps to expand their sense of diversity, discover their unique qualities and particular strengths with ways to see these as superpowers.
Next, participants find images and words which reflect those qualities and then make a vision board.
The group completes class with an empowering Vision Board that acts as a compass to keep one moving in the direction of their Super Powers celebrating themselves, no matter what is happening in the world around them.
Benefits of Vision Boards:
The images in a Vision Board convey volumes of complex information in an instant to our brains. Each person creates their own empowering and meaningful way to support and validate their uniqueness as strengths.
By identifying unique qualities in oneself as strengths, and finding images representing these qualities as superpowers in such an impactful way, vision boards activate our subconscious mind to make decisions that support these qualities as top priority.
Combined together, the images, affirming words and symbols make it easier to identify these inner resources in keeping us focused to make real progress towards creating and manifesting more of the positive aspects of life, enhances a positive sense of self, sense of belonging, and assists in collaborating together more readily.
Integrated together, this experience becomes a celebration of diversity as a positive force for good in the world, starting with the self.
