Vulcan Mind-Meld Training: Learning and Development Communications Workshop

Level up your team communication skills and collaborative problem-solving with our exclusive Vulcan Mind-Meld training workshop. A series of games curated for your team’s needs will teach the group self-awareness, active listening, and collaboration.

This workshop will help your team up-level their communication skills, and it’s an excellent addition to a management training or professional development program. It’s also a great way to jump-start your innovation process or your strategic planning retreat.

All games are hosted by professional improv actors and educators with decades of experience in corporate training. They’ll help participants play the games, debrief each activity, and distill the learnings into actionable workplace results.

Our expert facilitators will lead the group through simple improv games and exercises focused on the ‘yes, and’ attitude, which puts every member of your team on the same level. Learn teamwork, mindfulness, and experimentation in this workshop. Everyone must do their part to succeed, establishing a process that creates a sense of ‘group-flow’.

Our workshops are designed to build psychological safety that can be taken straight back into the workplace. Although we’re teaching tangible communication skills, the games we play are fun and engaging.

Participants will:
- Learn to innovate and think outside the box.
- Gain the tools to handle high pressure interpersonal situations.
- Create high performing teams who build on one another’s expertise to create the unexpected.

We offer three group sizes for this event: small (5-20) that is either 60- or 90-minutes (your preference), mid-size (21-50) at 90-minutes, and large at 51-150 at 90-minutes.
