What you'll do

Warm and comforting, refreshing and energizing. Meditation is the perfect treat for a hard working team.

To bring meditation into your work is to offer a truly rare opportunity for you and your team to experience a profound shift in your being-ness and the doing-ness in the working environment.

There are certain grooves we wear into our psyches, which, over the years, come to dictate how we exist at work. Some of these patterns are immensely helpful, but some are not. Meditation shines a powerful light on the ways in which we work counterproductively, or work in an overtaxing, overcomplicated manner.

Freedom of choice and fun are my favorite elements to weave into class. We are all master meditators in our own unique ways - we just need help uncovering it with playful, dogma-free guidance. Here's to the wellbeing of your team!

Your guide for this event is Eden, who draws upon her corporate experience and her B.S. in Cognitive Science from Berkeley to craft a meditation experience that feels effortless and perfect for working professionals.

A Zoom link is provided by default in your confirmation email, but you can use other video conferencing software if you prefer.

What to bring

- Comfortable clothing, blankets, and/or cushions recommended.
