Your meditation guide for this event is Eden, who draws upon her corporate experience to craft a meditation experience that feels easy, effortless, and directly applicable to the modern working professional’s life. Her teachings are further informed by her B.S. in Cognitive Science from Berkeley and experience teaching professionals in high-pressure work environments around the world.
