Absinthia's Bottled Spirits

We are a 100%% woman-owned business based in California. We pride ourselves in making unique and delicious products that are used by consumers and bartenders to make better cocktails. We currently have six award-winning products - our absinthe blanche, verte, and barrel-aged, made with all organic ingredients, including neutral grape spirits and the botanicals grande wormwood, anise, and fennel. Our carefully crafted, small-batch, farm-to-bottle absinthe is delicious with ice and cool water and in hundreds of cocktails such as the Sazerac, Corpse Reviver, and Death in the Afternoon. Our four syrups include Caged Heat, Crimson Smoke, Fairy Dust, and Cherry Bomb, and are used to make artisanal, unique, and bold cocktails as well as mocktails.
