Shelley Handler, former Chez Panisse Cafe chef and California Culinary Academy instructor brings 35 years of teaching experience to you and your team. We make a group-sized recipe, and you come away with new chops and a nice helping of kitchen confidence. I enjoy teaching everyone from CEOs to toddlers. My goal is to make you feel at home in the kitchen. I’m here to help you build skills and enough confidence to enjoy your mistakes. My classes offer a lively, interactive experience, and I combine solid knowledge with a good helping of fun.
