Hi, I'm Mike, the owner of Z. Cioccolato. Sweets have always been my weakness and retail has always been in my blood. In 2015 I learned the original owners of Z. Cioccolato were retiring and I leapt at the opportunity. And that’s how I went from selling pillows to being a Chocolatier! Z. Cioccolato’s layered fudge has been featured on the Cooking Channel’s “Unique Sweets” show and was also ranked in the top 25 of all shops in America.
